Lap breakdown

  1. Sector 1, Data and AI

    Every listing on the map

Properties for sale or rent are pinned on a Leaflet map with OpenStreetMap tiles, so buyers can browse by location.

  2. Sector 2, Architecture

    Agents and their track record

Each real estate agent has a page with the properties they have sold and the ones they currently list for sale or rent.

  3. Sector 3, Delivery and integrations

    Full stack on one framework

Next.js serves the pages and API, Prisma talks to PostgreSQL, Auth.js issues JWT sessions and Firebase Storage holds the photos. It runs on Vercel.
